If we all have been borrowing too much financial capital for consumption the last 20-30 years, this must also be true for natural capital. We have been borrowing too much natural capital (at no interest) for consumption as well.
A new balance might be found in the financial system in a couple of year's time. But the underlying recession created by over use of our natural capital will take decades to balace. If not centuries.
