Bio
Liminality worker.
Also: Independent advisor, educator, mentor
I’m entering a new phase of life and work. I’ve spent decades working at the edges of organisational development, entrepreneurship, leadership, learning, and social innovation. I have started and co-founded several enterprises and worked with +100 organisations in all sectors and thousands of entrepreneurs, changemakers and leaders.
What I bring now isn’t just experience – it’s a deliberate reorientation toward stewardship, regeneration, governance and what I call meta-relational practice. This work is as much about how we relate to each other and to life itself as it is about innovation or organisational change.
What’s become clear over several years is that I’ve lost the last of my interest in contemporary business culture – with its hustle and optimising. The work that calls me now sits in the liminal spaces: helping those who sense that conventional approaches won’t serve what needs to emerge. This means being selective about collaborations, and patient about building relationships with people and organisations willing to see, question and move beyond the unconscious and firmly held assumptions that dominate the current (dying) logics.
I’m based in Stockholm, Sweden, and work locally, regionally, and internationally. I live with my partner and Bianca, our over-active Lagotto. I have two adult children, one studying in Denmark and one living in South Africa. I’ve been doing deep work on what it means to move beyond modernity’s logics. I write quite a lot about this, and other themes. As for many Swedes closeness to nature is deeply rooted in me. I’m also inspired by Taoism and am a trained qigong instructor.
If you’ve read this far and something resonates, I’d genuinely welcome a conversation – even if just to think together about what you’re navigating.
