Can’t believe this article on wired.com! It is so much at a collision with my thinking that I’m very provoked. Have to ponder this. What is it in me that makes me provoked?
They are probably right about exposing environmentalist taboos. But are they focusing on the right ones? And aren’t ”civilization” and ”techno-optimism” cults of their own – full of their own taboos…? Hmm.
Anyway, wired also published this counterpoint from Alex Steffen. So I guess they knew they were creating a provocation.
