Tips from Harvard Business

I don't know about you, but I get the sense these types of tips are a little out of tune with the current needs of management. Maybe not the actual expressed needs by managers, but the true underlying needs. 

I'd argue we need less tips by book-writing gurus and academics. And more conversation between peers and more of common sense, unfancy management practices.
